Default Mickey Thompson ET Street® Radial (295/45R17) on 9" rim

right now i have 17X9 all around, 255 up front and 275 BFG's in the back. the rear tires are already gone, so i was looking to replace them and just wondering how long the mickey thompsons will last me on a 9" rim
as far as i know 295 mickey's are just as wide(or a tiny bit wider) than 275 BFG's

Not as long as your BFG's anywhere from 5-10k

i only race it about once a month sometimes twice a month, so it won't see a lot of burnouts, but i also daily drive her and put about 10k a year

I put 18K on my MT's...babied them on the street most of the time and made a pretty good amount of runs with hard 1st, and some hard 2nd gear burnouts.

hooking: i pulled a 1.85 60' in my 99 with 4.10's and no suspension mods...
they do require a good 2nd gear burnout (at least that's what I did to get my best times)

rain: don't do anything stupid and you'll be fine..

snow: I might be finding out later..I have a hankering to put them on for an afternoon and see what happens.. LOL

Wow 18K?? Thats awesome. Ok then that convinced me.. I wanted to go MT then decided against it because i didn't want to change my tires in 8 months but damn... 18K. MT it is. Hell even if I get 12k I am alright with that.

never tried to do 2nd gear burn outs. well, now i'm positive on what i'm buying. you can almost see threads on my BFGs lol, surprisingly they still hold alright, but when it's rains i'm afraid to go faster than 60 on a high way and take slight turns on 20, so i know how to ride carefully in rain. i crashed my sixer in rain so i'm more careful since
