Default Surging

Hey guys, Merry Christmas. My problem is my car surges slightly when I am cruising in 3rd or 4th gear, it's not alot, more annoying then anything.
I checked for vacuum leaks to my supercharger, and checked all the other hoses under the hood. All seem to be hooked up. It is really annoying doing 70 and my car surges at 1/2 to 2/3 throttle. When I floor it, the surging stops and she runs like a ****.
It has been throwing a code lately, PO190, fuel rail pressure sensor circuit error. I've gotten codes telling me the left and right banks are running rich, but not lately. It threw code PO190 twice yesterday. I clear them with one of my handheld tuners. Maybe
the serpentine belt might be slipping??? The coilover on top of cylinder #5 broke loose when I blew a spark plug last year, I have it secured with zip tie, but it still is looser then the other 7. Any help will be much appreciated.
I am thinking of getting a new tune at Carolina Speed Shop near where I live, they have the only dyno in the area, Myrtle Beach, SC.

P0190 FRP Sensor Signal Low.

Probably bad sensor.

I will do that, but the engine has only 6500 miles on it. I won't be a baby anymore.

the car only has 6500 miles? damn, nice.

ok well then thats def prob NOT the problem.

the surging could be from mis-fire. My car surged when I had a crack in my block and a lil coolent was leeking into the area where my spark plugs sat in the block. I would look at the "loose" COP and see if you can get it more "secure" as well. It could be the tune though, who tuned it?
