Default another one of these "bucking" questions

yeah i know i used the search button already but no answers yet...

here are the symptoms:
1. sometimes have bad idle after 6 or so minutes of being turned on
2. while cruising in town in any gear it will buck and tug and pull and its really annoying
3. yesterday was in town in 5th gear around 45 mpg when i stepped on the gas it started to bog, thought it was weird so i put it in 4th and punched it...still bogged...

after that i parked it and checked hoses but nothing out of the ordinary...

any help would be very helpful guys...

oh btw here are the codes pulled- p0113, p1000, p0135, p0155

P0113 Intake Air Temperature circuit High Input.
P1000 OBD-II Monitor Testing Incomplete.
P0135 Upstream Heated Oxygen Sensor Heater circuit fault - Bank No. 1.
P0155 Upstream Heated Oxygen Sensor circuit fault - Bank No. 2.

So lets start with this. When did it start happening? Did it begin after you changed something? Have you done the proper maintenance? Check your O2 sensor, one may have gone bad, alone with vacuum leaks, and or dirty MAF sensor. Have you also changed your fuel filter?
