I'm gonna tell you what I told a guy over in 4.6L general:

Get a replacement, they run less than $200 with the aluminium crossover, from most online outlets. My brother's '99GT had the stock all composite manifold crack...that was an unnecessary PITA.

If you've got the $$$ to burn pick up a Bullitt manifold or even better, the aftermarket TFS Track Heat "equivalent" they'll run you about $800.

I will have a used PI intake w/ Aluminum crossover for sale as soon as I get my car back from the shop and the SC is tuned and in working order. Came off of my 2003 GT with 84,000 miles on it. Just took it off a few weeks ago. Its an option.....

you're taking off a pi intake for a pi intake with a different coolant crossover is all. so none of those other things will be needed. and pi gaskets.
