Machine or replace the intake valves and/or notch the pistons is one way. Another is to retard the cams to get more ptv clearence. Only problem is that by retarding the cams you'll loose some good mid range power.
Honestly (if you're staying with the stock heads) you're much better off with different cams. The amount of time, effort, and money that it would take to make these cams work and fit correctly, would not be worth it imo. Now if you plan on going with some different heads...well that's a different story then.

With stock springs you really don't want to go more than a 550 lift. Even that's pushing it. 550 exhaust/500 intake will work well with stock springs if you don't over rev it.
In fact, even with good springs, there isn't much of a benefit to go over a 550 lift on the stock heads.
