Question NEED HELP!! with my pony shes sick.. got new codes!!

The code are: p1131,p1151,p0158,p0316
got a few questions
1.How many crankshaft sensors are there on a 4.6l 99-04?
2.How do i check the trigger wheel?
3.Is there a certian weak link in the vacuum system?("common problem")
4.W/O a tune will oversized injectors say 24lb, make the car run super rich?
5.What are a few reasons tat a cylinder, that has fuel and fire going to it, wont fire?
6.What would make 02 sensor just go out randomly?(well before its supposed to)
7.Could a fuel pump or fuel regulator malfunction make the car run rich? I can understand making it run lean but rich?

sorry so many question guys just really need some help. Thanks to everyone that helps

well How about this, how about you start and ask that all in one question? haha. What happend/or is going on? What is done to your car, did this all start happening after you did something? etc etc etc

Default lol ok

well it sit for 2 years and ran great when it was parked then i started it and it ran like **** missfire all the time so i put new coils,plugs,injectors camsensor and crank sensor i dropped the tank cleaned it put a new fuel filter on it and 2 new o2 sensors and its reading that the newest one is gettin hot or bad.. plus i have no compression in cylinder 3 i think i have a stuck valve and when i pull that plug it has like black tar on i that smells like gas. but it dont leak oil or tap or anythig? lol does that help
