Default its not the fuel pump this time.

hey guys... well i changed my fuel pump 2 months and everything was fine and the car was runing great and than i got in my car that morning and it was cold out and didnt start.

ok got a new pump and checked it and its fine and checked the fueses and there ok so i got a multimeter and have been checking all over. im going to buy a fpdm so what im asking is for the next best guess and how would i test it.

p.s. i heard something with ignition switch assemblie. thanks for any help
