Question HOOD QUESTION

I am about to buy a 95 cobra r style hood from american muscle for my 99 cobra. Has anyone else boughtfrom them and know of the quality of their hoods? Is any fitment needed? Let me know if you have bought from them. Also, would hood hinges from a 94-98 work on my 99 cobra?

Yeah iv never bought a body part from them. But i buy alot of other parts from them. They dont sell junk. They stand behind what they sell. So i would say your safe buying a hood from them.

I bought a Cervini's 95 Cobra R hood from them for my 2000 GT. Although the body shop installed and painted it, I was told there were no issues at all and it took very little prep work to paint. I had the hood shipped directly to the body shop and it was actually less expensive to buy it from American Muscle than to buy directly from Cervini because of the free shipping.

They're good guys over there. They make Steedas hoods. Kevin and Kipp are the guys that run the place. If you can get through they do make a great product.

american muscle is a site sponsor and to put it simply, they kick ***.

"their" hoods? they dont make the hoods, they just sell them. you should do some research into who makes the hood not who sells the hoods. if you get a lemon in the mail AM im sure will be more than willing to work with you but if you dont like how something was made thats not their fault. they dont sell garbage anyways.

they even offer a forum discount code, you have to PM one of the AM reps to get it (check the american muscle site sponsor thread)
