it made 300rwhp and 353ftlb at 5100 rpms with 8.6lbs of boost the tuner said it would have made 10lbs in the remaining 900rpms

That motor needs some proper NPI portwork, NPI specfic blower cams, and a PI intake and you will get another 100RWHP at the same boost level easily and it still be a conservative tune. At the very least install a set of PI cams and intake to that ride.
