Default repairing cracked bumper

A while back I was on I-10 in Florida around 2 a.m. when all of a sudden a feel the car run over something along with a loud thump, I looked in my rear-view mirror and saw a million feathers flying everywhere! Scared the **** out of my friend and I. I'm guessing I hit a vulture lol. What ever it was, it cracked the bottom part of my front bumper right in the center. Anyone have any info on how I would go about fixing this? I have a friend with a spray gun so I can repaint it if I need to.

How bad is the crack? If you got a friend who paints I think your best option is to just replace it.

It's just the very bottom part, were the chin spoiler would connect. It is all the way through though

www.latemodelrestoration.com has replacement 99-04 GT front bumper covers listed in their catalog for $99.99 (part # LRS-8190L). Get one of those and have your friend paint it, done deal.

Make sure you check the shipping charges on that $99 dollar bumper before you sign on the dotted line. Also, this bumper that they sell will be aftermarket, so be prepared for fitment problems. Always trial fit aftermarket parts before you paint, because once the paint is on its yours for life. If it (the bumper) doesn't fit to your satisfaction it will cost you return shipping to whoever you buy it from.
If your not going to repair your original bumper (about a $35 fix and your labor), shop E-Bay for a good used OEM. You might get lucky and find one in your color.
