Intake question...not what you think lol
First off, this isn't, witch CAI is the best kind of thread. This weekend, the crappy MAC bolt on filter the owner before me put on my 02 GT fell off and was shot 25 feet into the air on the highway. I'm going to pick up a pro-chamber from a guy tomorrow, and he's got the stock airbox from his 04 cobra, I'm wondering if it will bolt up to my GT. I've got the stock MAF and inlet tube. Any input would be great.
Thanks,
Sean

mmm not completely sure, but pretty sure it wont. depends on what your lookin to use from the cobra? cobra has a dual throttle body.
example:

http://www.americanmuscle.com/edelbr...tb-9604gt.html <---GT
really, all you need is some piping with a good filter. you could "fab one up" with a hacksaw some ebay tubing, and some silicone adapters...

The air filter fell off, I was looking to replace what is no longer there, with a stock cobra air box. my MAF and intake tube are still in tact, just no filter. I'm bad at explaining this i guess.

Wasn't planning on driving my car with out a filter on it, otherwise I would of checked when I got there. Anyways, I'm just going to pay for it and hope it works. I'll check in tomorrow with the answer.

Cool, I will add that to my "what fit's what" list, thank you for posting back!
They looked the same in the shop manual sketches, in fact the Mach 1 airbox looks trhe same except for the mounting bracket being differently placed--the shaker tube feeds into an opening that looks exaclt like the snorkle opening on our cars.
