When I plug my X3 into my car the tuner loads up and gives me the main menu. From there I went to program vehicle and then to strategy tune. When I push the select button it says error strategy tune not supported. Any ideas? It says that every tuner comes with 3 preloaded tunes. Also where would I go to change my axle ratio?

So, I figured out why the tuner did not have any tunes pre-programmed into it. When updating the tuner you need to select tune revision and download the file. My problem now, is after I download the update software and firmware there is no option to download the tune revision under the X3 tuner. It is however available for all of the other tuners like the livewire, etc... Anyone have any knowledge on why this may be happening?
