Every time I hit even a little a little something in the road my cars suspension makes a jingling sound. Extremely annoying. Is this my shocks going?

Check your exhaust system. Make sure that a heat shield didn't break or anything. I can't remember how the sway bar is on the mustang, but on my 89 Iroc, the end link rubber had disintegrated and left the washers to jingle.
