Ok, I started ripping everything off tonight, labeling everything with 3M number labels. Also, I took off my hood to make life easier.

I should be recieving the new manifold + alt. bracket thurs. night or fri. night.

Thursday night, im going to start taking out the Coils, Spark plugs (replacing with iridium's), Injectors, some more wiring/hoses, and loosen alternator.

Just getting it prepped for this weekend's install.

Dang dude. Sounds like fun. Does the new manifold improve performance? That sucks that you have a geyser under your hood.

Replacing an Intake is super easy. Just put everything back and label everything you take off. The gapping on a 98GT is .054 my spark plugs come gapped and i even checked all of them.

Okay, I got my injectors + fuel rail out.

How would I go about disconnecting the fuel rail hose (connects from one rail to the other) ?

You have to have a fuel disconnect tool. Its a lil round thing that fits over the hose and then you pull back. You pretty much have to have it to do it properly so i would go buy one. They cant be more than 10 bucks.
