Default Timing chain guides are not lining up after pi head swap

HI I just installed pi heads/ cams, but now my timing chain guides are not lining up correctly both the top and bottom guides are off by 1/2 an inch here are some pics. I have double checked the crank sprockets, and they are correct so I am stuck . Thank you!!

i kno this sounds stupid but are u sure u have them on the right sides? try switching them around and see if that works for u. Call John at Modular Performance. He is the most knowledgable mod guy there is by far! If anyone has an answer he will.

I have tried that, I called and spoke with John, and he suggested to remove the spacers, and try it that away, so that's what I am going to try next!!
