help - clutch pedal vibration
Just had a new clutch, pressure plate and throwout bearing installed. Sitting in neutral I get vibration but I also get it when I am in gear. slight pressure on the pedal gets rid of the vibration without disengaging clutch.
Is the vibration being caused by the bearing riding up on the pressure plate springs? If so are there keepers that hold the throwout bearing off the pressure plate springs until engaging?
I realize after reading a bunch of posts that I should have used an OEM bearing, but I'm trying to figure out what the chances are it was installed incorrectly or if the CF bearing is defective.
Any help is appreciated
