Question for you 5 speed owners. I just got the car and Im kind of a n00b at driving manual....I dont stall out or anything but Im not great. Anyway Sometimes when Im in 3rd and up...the tranny shakes a little ( I dont really know how else to describe it), it kinda slips a little...but it doesnt do it all the time...and it usually does it when the rpms are too low for the gear but sometimes it does it when the rpm's are good. The clutch seems to be fine...it was replaced recently....Any ideas?? Is it just my driving? When I shift perfect it doesnt really do it and it accelerates good...Could it be something else? Car was sitting for 4 months before I got it....

This shaking, is it a harsh "bite" when you're putting it in gear? Sounds like your 3rd gear syncros may be worn out.

No its not when Im switching or shifting into gear its when Im already in gear and accelarating. When Im accelarating relativly quickly it doesn't usually happen, it usually happens when the rpm's are low.
