Pull the door panel off, and the two black trim pieces on the base of the window... get 1/4 in rivents, and a rivet gun, take window out... put back on track and back in car... rivet in place

Im posting this for anyone in the future. After searching through threads online....

Try This,

Bang the Door panel Fonz style to make the window come up

Slam the Door to make the window come up

Hold the Up position and slam the Door.

Truly Amazing YES THIS WORKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wouldnt do anything going up, just clicked when i held down, Im still in Shock that this actually worked

Sounds like the motor stuck, and it was still on track... Yes slamming the door works if the motor has a dead spot

Default same but got it up....do i need rivets for this?

saw another thread where I was told to pull a FONZ....well I hit by the speaker while pushing the up button and finally got it to work...... it was rolling up crooked something awful, motors good, switch is good, etc.
I was getting ready to take the door panel off, but looked on here first. There looks like some white sheeting on the inside of the door covering access to the track...... how do I take that off?
one post said I needed to get a new rivet and gun it in?
I don't have a rivet gun, just basic tools.
can anyone help? thanks!
