Please help the passenger window won't roll up or down using the driver's side switch. I replaced the switch on the driver side and still nothing. Whats crazy is that its getting some power because you can press the passenger switch one way and press the driver side the opposite way and it will stop the passenger side so something is happening, but before i buy something else I was wondering if someone else has had this problem thanks.

maybe a relay of some sort? im getting ready to trouble shoot a problem like that of my own here soon

Yeah that''s what I was thinking because it works sometimes and then it doesn't so I need to find out soon though its annoying

I have the same problem. I can sometimes, but rarely jiggle the wires under the switch and it will work for a bit but that's it. Its really frustrating.

I have had the same problem in the past. I left it alone figuring i would get around to fixing it later. it started working again on it's own and has worked for the last few months.

Sheesh, somebody is raising the dead At least it appears that people are actually using the search feature.

From Chilton:
'If the same window works from one switch, but not the other, check the switch for continuity.
If the switch tests OK, check for a short or open in the circuit between the affected switch and the window motor.'

If you still can't get it, let me know if you have a coupe or a vert and I can look a little deeper.
