Default emergency brake recal
I was talking to Ford today and this came up. This is an emergency brake recal for 99 and maybe 00 GT's. They said some how the emergency cable was defective. and they will replace it for free.

anything about 96s? my ebrake cable snapped, just on one side though so it still kinda works, heh.

I was at Ford about 3mo. ago and asked them if there were any recalls on my 99 gt and they said no. What do I do? Hmmm...

try calling them back or take your car up their. i called today and they said call back to make an apponiment and they will fix it.
