Hi Folks
Sorry but I just had to reply.
The major difference between inexpensive (copper plugs) and expensive (Iridium) plugs is the following:
If we take brand new copper plugs and place them in the vehicle, then do a test (Dyno) they will give you very good results compared to brand new Iridium plugs.
However, over time (approx. 8-15 months) the copper plugs will wear out faster and there is where the expensive plugs will out perform the copper plugs.
So, if you do not mind changing the plugs a lot sooner, then stick with inexpensive copper plugs. If on the other hand you want to keep the plugs in the car for 40 000 to 60 000 miles or if replacing the plugs in your vehicle is a pain in the butt, then spend the extra and get iridium plugs.
