Default Clutch and Engine Break In Same?

My build should be done in the next month and am curious as to what the best way to break in everything would be.

Should I break in my clutch the same as the engine? I'd prefer to break the motor in hard but don't know if i'll be able to with the new Spec3 clutch going in.

Will I even be able to start it with my old blower tune since i'll have new cams and bigger injectors?

Thanks!
