Default Brakes moving and making a sound. Please HELP!!!

I have had some trouble finding the source of this noise but here it is. I uploaded a video to show you how loose the brake is and where it is making noise. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O0er2REQJhE) My car is torn apart and I cant drive until one of you help!

Thanks ahead of time

The caliper locating pins are very worn, maybe even broken.

I don't have a cobra, but I believe there is supposed to be rubber collars on each of the caliper locating pins keeping it from making noises like that by clanging against the caliper where it goes through the caliper. Maybe that's it.
Also, make sure all your brake caliper attachment bolts are tight and not allowing any wobble.

The rubber sleeves are just dust/crap seals, not bushings--there's no way a rubber bushing of that size would stand up to the forces involved.

That is some good info. I have also been hearing a noise, whenever I hit a bump. But I can't seem to find where it is coming from. Also stanglx2.3 you are missing the trim caps off the two round holes in the face of the caliper.

Do you have a picture of the trim caps? I'm not sure where you are talking about. The link from svtperformance is not my car. Only the video from the beginning of the thread. Do you know where to get them?

I just recently found out I was missing mine also, so that's how I spotted it in your video. I ordered them through ford, part# 1R3Z-2L472-AA cover. They come in a package of four, two connected together counted as one, which is enough to do it twice. So if one falls off you have extra's. They are shiny black aluminum discs with 3m tape on the back. They mount in the center on the retainer with all the spring type fingers. I do not have a pic, and do to winter I have not installed them on the car.
