Default Springs on a Vert

Well the weather is finally nice, so its time for me to finally lower my car. I've been looking on AM and all the pictures they have of the cars that use the vert springs just seem kinda. . .sketchy?

Was wondering if some of you guys could show load up some pics of your vert with the following:

1. Kind of Springs
2. Isos In or Out
3. Stock shocks and strucks, and if after market, what kind and what you think of them
4. C/C plates or not
5. any other "accessories" that you've added for the ride quality you like of dislike.

Might be asking a lot, but I would really appreciate it if a lot of you guys pitched in

3- Stock shocks n' struts still; 84K miles (rides great unless carrying adult passenger in backseat; get's a little bouncy)
4- Yes, MM c/c's
