Need Help with Remove/Install for overall Paint job

I need to know how to R&I (remove and Install) the plastic Pillar covers and the little lower quarter panel louvers. i don't really wanna rip and tear and i dont know if anyone had any links to a tech sheet? Any info appreciated, thanks.

This is from the '02 shop manual, the '96 should be similar...

thanks buddy. I got them out but i have yet to get the quarter louvers out...i tried taking out the back seat to get to the inner back plastics and i can't get this damn seat out...this thing is like bulletproof haha.
