Brought it to a local shop that I have do whatever work that I dont have the equipment or know-how to do. Just got off the phone with the mechanic they think its the hose because the pistons are moving and pumping up fine but wont retract. It appears to ONLY be the front left one too, they checked the hose on the other side and it seems to be fine. Pretty odd. This all makes sense though because my rotors were so warped that I had to lay on the brake pretty hard to get stopping power due to the low spots on the rotor. And yes it was warped beyond belief. I'm thinking this force has distorted the hose as SnakeConvert98 has mentioned. But why not the front right?

When I took everything apart it didnt seem that the piston was seized at all. It compressed right in without any extra force. I'll get word once they replace the hose and do a test drive.

The other side won't be to far behind, might as well have it replaced while it is there! The brake hoses almost always go one at a time, the other might last a while longer or may go soon after you get it back, my opinion is to replace it sooner rather than later! This old dog has been around that block more than a couple times before!!

It was in fact the hose. And I called to tell them to check the other side and if it was anything outside of perfect to replace it. They insisted the front right hose was fine. Absolutely no overheating now :P . Hawk HPS's are grippy

Couldnt believe my eyes when I walked into the shop. They had an absolutely GUTTED terminator on the lift. Engine totally out, supercharger, heat exchanger and everything else laying all over the garage. Wiring harness laying on the front windshield. I was like ok WTF happened to that engine I know he didnt blow it up. Lady explained he was in the army and had just bought the car and it was overheating. It had been sitting on this lot for a while and they warned this guy it need to be rigged to bypass the heater core but he took it to another shop and they just gave him a new thermostat and told him to keep driving it. Overheated it and it finally gave out. She was all "that engines expensive!" I was like yeah honey tell me about it.
