Need Help with oil Dipstick

Need Help with oil Dipstick
Putting BBK long Headers on, was removing dipstick and it separated about 1/4" above the block. Don't have much room to work. Can I drop the oil pan and tap it out from underneath or is there a better way to do it? Any thoughts or suggestions, Thanks

Researched the site some, used a eye bolt in to the hole and tapped it up till a little more was exposed. then used vise grips leaving the eye bolt in and continued tapping till it finally came out. now just need to put it all back together.
