Default Tranny? Clutch? Cable adjustment?? Help!

Ok, I have an 03 GT 5 speed with a rebuilt 3650 in it. The trans has been good and is rarely beat on. This weekend, it started getting harder to shift into every gear. The trans doesnt grind when u shift into any gear its just requires some extra force. The car still will grab second and third hard and chirp but still sometimes it feels like its just as firm as it should be. Any help is appreciated.

check the clutch fork. same thing happened to my buddie in his SRT.. drove perfectly fine untill shifting started getting really hard to get into gear until eventually he couldnt put it in reverse at all and berely could get it into first. once he replaced his clutch fork the car shifted like butter again

Ok, now here is some weird stuff. Went out to get some food and the car shifted fine. Still a little stiff but no where near as firm to get into gear as before when it was warmed up.
