Ok, I ordered H&R lowering springs, installed them, and my car is not any lower. When side by side the springs are the same size in height but H&R is much thicker. I've driven it a little but did I accidentally get replacement springs? Should I call H&R?

did you buy them new? also your stock ones could have been cut, post pics of ride height
