Which trans mount for swap

Which trans mount for swap
I am swapping in a 00 GT drive train in my 98 GT chassis and need help figuring out which mount to use. By searching I found that ford changed the crossmember and mounts in 99 so do I use the 98 cross member and mount or 99 mount with 98 cross member?
