99 4.6L MAF (hesitation issues)
Hey guys.
I am in negotiations of purchasing a 99 mustang GT. 4.6L - 5 Speed.
The car has Long tube headers with a xpipe and Flowmasters. New fidenza clutch. New throw out bearing. New adjustable clutch cable, n quadrent, Steeda short throw shifter. BBK cold air intake. New msd ignition. Under drive pulleys. And a Bigger MAF.
The car has hestitation issues due to the bigger MAF. When the MAF is unplugged, the car runs perfectly fine.
What exactly would be the fix for this problem? Would it be wiser to find a stock MAF and put it back on, or does the ecu need to be tuned?
Also, does it matter to have the MAF plugged in or not? Would this cause the car to run rich / lean?
Please let me know! Thanks in advance for your inputs!

1) dont drive your car with the maf unplugged...thats a terrible idea
2) you can either put a stocker back in, or get a tuner to recalibrate for the larger maf. either will be fine.
the guy before you is an idiot if he swapped mafs for more horsepower.
