Default Front suspension clunk. (Vid inside)

I have had this clunk for a while but it has started to get worse so I decided to finally look into it.

I found that if I have the car lifted up and the drivers side tire off the ground when i lift up on the wheel I get this clunk. It doesn't do it on the other side so obviously it needs to be tightened somehow or replaced. Is it really as easy as just tightening that one bolt?? I thought i would ask some people before i start turning things and mess something up.

How do i fix it??

there are bushings on the underside of that, looks like its worn apart. You could see if the nut itself is loose tho, just for giggles.

It looks as though either the strut nut is loose, strut rod bushings are worn (as suggested above), and/or the CC plate bearing is shot...

You need to pull it apart and see...

its as simple as tightening the bolt and your good to go. looks like the cc plates are pretty new, so i'm assuming that you recently dropped ur car so the front suspension is new as well so its unlikely that anything is worn out. even if i'm assuming the wrong thing, tighten the bolt before you go pulling anything apart.

Ok thank you guys. I will check to bolt and try and look at it tomorrow.

So those bushing under the CC plate... if those are indeed shot do i need to buy new plates or can you buy just the bushings?

Also I wasn't the one to lower the car and I have had it for 3 years so it has been lowered for a while with stock struts.
