Default clutch

After reading to my eyes went blurry I have come up that my early 01 GT w/t-45 tranny has a 10.5 clutch and the King Cobra part number is M-7560-C302N. Is this correct?

Looks like its the same thing. I'd say go for it as I have heard nothing but good things about. Personally I am going to do a spec stage 2 in my car when my clutch goes.

The clutch doesn't dictate the threads needed.. the flywheel does. So as long as you're still using the same flywheel, you'll be fine with your already metric bolts.
