Prochamber will flow better than an H or X but cost double what they do also
If I where to start over on Modding again I would do Sub-Frame connectors, UCA/LCA

Can you explain why the PC will flow better? From my way of thinking it would flow less than than a o/r h or x, due to the larger box or chamber if you will. I could see how it might create more back pressure (which could benefit the mid range a bit more) due to it's design, but it doesn't make sense to me how the total flow would be better.

Listen man if you already have an intake and plenum as I see from your sig. I'd get a throttle body for sure. Obviously you'll notice a bigger difference from headers but you can get a decent throttle body for around $100 and some change and throw it on your self. However if you get L/T's you need to get a shorty x-pipe or h-pipe right away. Which all together will cost you 2 to 3 times as much. For around $200 I'd get t/b and pulley's if you look around hard enough you can probably find both for around $200 for everything. Yeah you're not going to see huge gains but you will notice a difference and it's something you'll want to do down the road anyway. Plus t/b is a nice addition to plenum and intake!

+1 good idea. But for 200 bucks itll have to be used. Only if you plan on keeping your car n/a would I suggest pullies. For pullies go w/ steedas, BBK aren't that great from the people i've talked to. For a t/b go 70mm if you plan on only minor mods, 75 mm if you think you might go s/c (might much an all around safe bet) and 78mm if you are going with a s/c. I'd suggest looking at either BBK, trick flow, fab, or dragon.
