Default Hard bucking and backfiring

every since I put the 75mm plenum, throttle body on My car idles like crap and it bucks real bad when driving pretty much at any speed ive checked every hose and cant find a vacuum leak, the only thing I can think of now is the mass air flow. any ideas from you guys would be appreciated

mine did the same the but it was coolant inside my spark plug

take it off and put the stocker back on to see if it still does it. if it doesn't then you know you fudged something up on the install

I was thinking spark plugs too but Im trying all kinda of stuff before I get to that and plan on putting the old one on to see if its corrected

This is a long shot, but did you disconnect the battery for 15 mins before starting it up again after the install?

I didn't but last night I disconnected the mass air and battery worked for about 2 miles then started doing it again

Hmmm....that seems like its related to the PCM, I wonder if you might need a tune. I normally wouldn't think so though. Maybe its an unrelated issue that coincidentally started when you did your upgrade. I have stupid crap like that happen all the time. I'm going to hazard a guess that it is your COPs, or plugs. More likely the COPs. Read my sticky for more info on that.

It could be your TPS. Might need a new one. Just happened to me overnight one time.

Im doing plugs later today and crossing my fingers. If thats not the issue im completely as a loss im thinking take the intake spacer out or swapping the plenums. if its the tps ill be really pissed becuase i bought a new one when I put the new plenum and tb on.... btw that cop is a fantastic write up props
