Power Steering Noise?...

Power Steering Noise?...
First and foremost, I desperately need to replace my transmission's throwout bearing....but with that being said, I am picking up on a new noise.
Every once in a while I get kind of a buzzing / humming sound and I can feel it through the clutch pedal. I first thought I was low on steering fluid, but I'm not. The noise is most noticeable while turning, but I can sit and let the car idle and the noise will continue. If I let the car cool down and come back later, the noise / vibration is gone.
The noise sounds like a "noisy" power steering pump, but I am not experiencing any other steering issues.
Could this be related to my transmission issue...or is it something else?
