Default CA SMOG LEGAL?

Can anyone tell me if a 80mm MAF and a 75mm TB and aftermarket upper intake plenum are California smog legal? I didn't get a California Air Resources Board (CARB) approved certificate with any of this stuff but even so was wondering if my car (2001 GT) would pass the sniff test. If not do I simply swap back the stock TB on the new plenum with the 80mm intact smog it then replace the 75mm TB. Or do i need to change everything back to stock? Also, will a Bassani X-pipe with Cats pass a smog sniff test? Thanks in advance.

one, you should post this in 4.6 forum. also, I'm 99% sure your x-pipe will not pass. they will fail you as soon as they see it, cause x-pipes are illegal as far as emission are concerned.
