Default TFS valve guides...

So check this, my new tfs heads are bad *** i love'em got a stg3 port job on them but during the break in, (before dyno n tune) 1 of the valve guides broke.... -_- so got to pull the heads back off, and get some bronze guides. Question, is it possible to pull the heads w/o pulling the motor? I have a forged bottom so pulling the motor the 1st time around was obviously a must. but really the biggest pain is taking off the t-56, its a pain when all you have is a cpl of jack stands.

it can be done, the biggest issue is the hydroboost being in the way you have to remove it to get the driver head off

I did mine without taking the hydroboost off but it would have been easier with it gone. Its not too bad, I removed everything from the front of the motor and the radiator so that I could stand in front of the motor, that made it easier to actually pull the heads.
