Default x brace and strut brace for my vert???

just found a guys selling these. he want 75 for the strut tower brace (front) and 200 for the X brace. its a weld in style with a built in DS saftey loop. iv herd alot about the full length sub frame connectors but i havent herd about the X. anyone know what this will do to the stiffness of the car?

I would just stick to the FLSFC. I just did the strut tower and sub frames and it is night and day. Although, I lowered and did adjustable shocks as well at the same time. Talk about a different ride...Our verts need stiffening.
