Any tips for getting axle bushing shell out?

Any tips for getting axle bushing shell out?
I'm going to be installing new OEM bushings for the axle UCA. Any body have tips for getting the shell out? Everything I have been able to find talks about getting the rubber out, but not the shell. Thanks for any assistance!

Thanks Lizzy. Little too late though for that. I'm thinking I'm going to be stuck fighting with it for a while. I should have just spent the money on the tool when I ordered the bushings from them. Oh well.
