Default 75mm TB Smog legal

I recently installed a C&L 80mm MAF, a C&L inlet tube, a MAC upper intake plenum and a MAC 75mm TB. Since these add-ons did not come with a California Air Resources Board (C.A.R.B) approval I'm wondering if they are smog legal in California? Will they pass a sniff test? Or am I looking at sawpping back the stock parts come smog cert time?

I really don't see how air flow is really going to effect your smog emissions all that much, if at all. Your O2 sensors should be able to compensate for any small changes in pollutants. At idle I don't see how there could be much difference. Screw around with an "off road" H or X pipe with no cats and you'll have big trouble when it comes to passing any kind of emissions test.....in ANY state.
