Default Any ifo on HPS manifold adapter plates?

Hey all,

Having my manifold swapped with the V1 install, I have a set of the HPS adapter plates, do they work well? From what I understand you put them under a PI gasket and then the manifold, no need to use the rtv in the water jacket opening. Is this correct? Any info appreciated.

Thanks

I hav them, they wrok great. i used PI gasket on top and a small amount of rtv on the bottom, mostly around the coolant jackets. i put them on torqued them and filled it the following day, no leaks. the only thing i noticed was that dropping the intake on was a 2 person job to keep everything lined up with the rtv, etc., besides that egr was a little more difficult to bolt, but not hard and there was one bracket on the back near the fuel rail that didn't fit any more. i didn't put it on, no problems.

good luck!
