Ok my mach460 sound system is not working ..

Says fuse number 9 is the fuse i check for it under dash and it's not even there.. So i put a 30amp in the fuse spot and it slides right out doesnt clip in like the other ones..

I look closer and it seems that there should be 2 metal something in there that the fuse makes contact with thought about taping it but the fuse is not making contact with the metal that should be there.

What the hell do i do? and how the heck did this happen?
