speedometer gear question
I just bought a '96 GT and the previous owner changed the rear end to a 3.73:1 ratio but he did not change the speedometer gear so now the speed is 20% off. Foe example if I'm going 40 the speedo reads 50. The car is a 5 speed manual and has the 20 tooth speedo gear in it.
Anyone know which gear i need for the speed to read correctly and if so where to find it?
