Default Car hesitating then dying?

Didn't really know how to title this thread, but here it goes. When I'm in gear, and let off the gas, if my rpm's get around 2200 the car starts hesitating, and jumping around, then if the rpm's get down too low, the car eventually cuts off. Initially thought it was the IAC, so I replaced that, but still nothing..checked all my hoses for vacuum leaks, but nothing there either. Any leads guys?

Try cleaning your MAF sensor if you already have replaced the IAC and checked for vacuum leaks.

Manual or automatic? Randomly (not alot) my car will stall out when idling when I first start up or shut off in lower speeds in first gear. Is that the problem you're having?
