Some punk busted out my left headlight and subsequently water got in and formed droplets.

Anyway, I went on eBay and got a new set of headlights, but then I realized that there were more to headlights then just getting headlights. I noticed that there were smoked headlights, black headlights, projector headlights etc...

From the picture on eBay the black headlights don't look any different then the ones I have now. What exactly is a black headlight as opposed to say a smoked one etc...

I think the inside housing is whats black. And the smoked is a black housing and tinted lens.
I have smoked on mine.

^What he said. The "black" ones should be more or less identical to your factory ones. The smoked ones look cool, but you will have reduced light output with them unless you get an HID kit to go with.

Gotta agree. The blk/smoked headlights do look better.. but as stated, you will have lower visibility at night. I also bought mine off ebay and I love them.. I also tinted the foglights so I have even less vis at night. I did buy the high optical bulbs and that helps out a little but eventaully I will be installing the HID kit..
