Default pilot bearing removal

wonderin if anyone has a good way to get that damn pilot bearing out. don't have the tool and have been trying the grease method but its not workin! anyways, anybody have another method. i saw ppl used dremels or chisels too...

Rent the puller... Autozone, Kragen, advanced auto parts... just go to your local parts store.

i agree. some of them the paper trick might work. but just save the hassle and rent the puller, especially since it's free from autozone to rent it

Rent a puller! I used a hammer and chisel on mine, broke out a piece of it and then it slid out. Hindsight being 20/20 I should've rented a pulled.
