MagnaFlow catback systems
 

Anyone have magnaflow catback on '02 - '04? I'm not familiar with them and want to know if they sound good and function well.

SLP is just too loud, and everyone has flowmaster so I figured I would get magnapacks. Mustangtuning.com has them at a good price.

I like the flowmasters and I can get one for less, but the magnaflow is stainless, so that has a certain appeal. Thanks.

I have the magnapaks on my 04 and I love um. A+ quality. Other people like slp but I put an slp catback on my friends z28 and it was not the same quality still good but not magnaflow. The joints on the slp are really loose (makes it hard to line up before tighning everything up) and the pipe clamps are are hard to tighten and sort of crimp the pipe,good fit though. Magnaflow had tight joints and easy to use uclamps. But it all comes down to the sound you want and I prefer the magnapaks.

try lookin at borlas to...i had flows on mine but just put some borlas on the other day , and they sound sweet

I had Magnaflows on my GT and I have the Catback on my Cobra and I wouldnt go with any other brand. they sound great, the tail pipe tips are awsome and I dont have to worry about them rusting through in three years like the Flowmasters.

Is that price on the -Flows or the -Packs? Are they louder than the FMs?

I'm guessing this is mufflers only and not a catback for this price?
