I'm driving with my top down, once I get home I tried to put the top up but nothing happens now, I just hear a clicking noise coming from there so I don't know what could this mean?

I have a 2003 GT Mustang.

not an expert on this, but did you look at the thing more in depth?

maybe try to find the cause of the clicking sound first. that would be my first step.

then come back, if somethings broke buy a replacement part. if somethings jammed, then fix it.. lol how hard can this be.

Yes, take out the seat portion of the back seat first, then the back part. Then remove the interior quarter panels. That will allow you to see all that is necessary for moving the top. Find noise and fix.
