I don't understand your question. I think the answer is that typically, FI motors run 8.5 - 9.0:1 compression. The stock CR was 9.4:1 in '04, if I'm not mistaken, and they were identical to '03.

I thought stock was 10.5:1 on the 03,04?

thats the Mach 1's compression. the GT your thinking about is the 2011 that has 11:1

so boosting a stock gt should be ok? to an extent..

Comp 270s are good cams for NA and you will make a bit more power over stock cams with a blower but nowhere near the amount of power you would make with a blower cam. You lose way to much boost with a NA cam and it brings your MPG down alot.
